Requirements
- • Legally married to a Thai national
- • 400,000 THB in Thai bank account OR 40,000 THB/month income
- • Valid passport
- • Marriage certificate
Allows 1-year stay, renewable. Can work with separate work permit.

Tourist Visa Extensions
Initial 60 days + 30 day extension. Border runs for more time.
Elite Visa
5-20 years, but expensive (600,000-2M THB).
Retirement Visa (50+)
If you're over 50, requires 800,000 THB or 65k/month income.
